Our dry eye expert doctors are now offering a new treatment for dry eye disease. LACRIFILL® Canalicular Gel is administered into the lacrimal duct to limit the drainage of tears away from the eye, therefore allowing the eye to bathe in its natural tears and maintain higher levels of moisture. The gel is preservative free and safe for administration. It can last in the lacrimal system for up to 6 months.

This is an FDA-cleared device. In a study involving 63 participants, there was an increase in tears remaining on the eye and an increase in tear volume, lasting for at least 3 months.
