Macular Degeneration

Age-Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) is a disease of the central vision. It can cause a reduction in vision, or distortion of central vision. At Avant Eyes Optometry, we use advanced diagnostic technology to detect early changes in your macula to determine your risk for developing ARMD. Dr. Kataria OD FAAO will review your testing and treatment plan with you. She will recommend behavioral and dietary changes to those patients at risk.
